Digital Rural Informatique (DRI) and DATAGREX, advised by TwinL, are taken over by Pentasonic

PENTASONIC, one of the major players in the Greater West for Integration, Outsourcing and Cloud Computing services, acquired on April 30, 2014 the group of companies formed by DRI (Hosting) and Datagrex (Datacenter), both based in Le Mans from Ourken Holding.

DRI is a provider of IT hosting solutions and services that has become a leading national player in the professional web hosting segment.

DATAGREX is a new generation «Green» datacenter, based on a unique modular design combining low environmental impact with one of the best quality/ performance/ cost ratios of the French market.

The DRI-DATAGREX set has achieved in 10 years a great breakthrough in the professional market and has a solid technical base and customer portfolio. With this very positive balance sheet, its founder and CEO wanted to back the company to a more powerful Group to amplify and accelerate its development: after active research, it is the offer of PENTASONIC that was selected for its quality, its very complementary profile and the ambitions of its manager, all in line with the objectives of the transferor.

Pentasonic, a company established for 35 years in Nantes with a turnover of more than €10 million, carries out three complementary activities: consulting, integration of IT infrastructures, and associated operating services: Managed services and cloud computing services for IS clients of companies, administrations or healthcare institutions.

The TwinL team was mandated by the transferor, for the search for the best buyer as well as for the management and complete negotiation of the transaction.
