The shareholders of WESTPOLE Benelux (sales 40 M€) had mandated TWINL Banque d'Affaires to organize an "industrial" sale with a major name in Consulting and Digital Transformation. After a competitive process, PRODWARE was chosen to strengthen the company's presence in Europe.
Present in 4 countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Italy), Westpole Benelux boasts over 40 years' expertise in information technologies: outsourced services, business process management, cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions. Westpole Benelux manages the strategic information systems of government institutions in Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy, as well as those of the European Union. The Group has a strong presence with major industrial accounts, and is also well established in the public and banking markets. Westpole Benelux employs around 400 people and generates sales of just over €40 million.
This acquisition, which is fully in line with Prodware's growth strategy, offers major synergies:
- Strengthening of existing positions and geographic expansion (Italy),
- Enrichment of the portfolio (particularly in the areas of security, Cloud and Compliance, where Westpole Benelux has recognized expertise),
- Positioning in new sectors such as public procurement and banking.
