SPIE, independent European leader in multi-technical services in the fields of energy and communications, has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of 100% of AVM Up, the publisher and operator Télécom & Services Cloud with a turnover of €22 million, which also publishes UCAAS (Unified Communications As A Service) solutions for companies.
TwinL assists AVM UP in this operation.

AVM UP, created in 1983, is based in Lyon and serves thousands of customers throughout France.
Xavier Daubignard, CEO of SPIE ICS, said: “With this acquisition, SPIE will strengthen its expertise in corporate communications by offering complementary cloud services and value-added solutions to all of its customers across France. We look forward to preparing for the future together with AVM Up’s 50 qualified employees.”
SPIE plans to finalise the operation in the coming months, following consultation with employee representative bodies.
