Paris, 10 November 2021 – TwinL welcomes the merger of ATHEO INGENIERIE with the OCI Group.
Mandated by the shareholders of Atheo Ingénierie to assist them in the research and negotiation of a backing with an industrial partner, It will ultimately be the OCI Group that wins after a process managed by TwinL Investment Banking in the main European countries.
Created in 2013 in Strasbourg, Atheo Ingénierie is expected to exceed €25 million in revenue in 2021 in services and the integration of IT Cloud infrastructures with very good references both in the Grand Est region and on the national level that it addresses with its Paris branches, Nancy and Besançon.
This merger strengthens the OCI Group’s national presence, which is pursuing its external growth strategy and confirming its greatest ambitions in France.
TwinL’s mission, however, carried out in the context of an unprecedented health crisis, is a total success that allowed shareholders to meet several French and European partners, and to choose, among various company projects, the OCI Group’s offer.
This is the 4th operation completed by the TwinL team in 2021, after the divestments of Oceanis Informatique (IT), Foresta (Wood Industry) and the Altona Group (International Trading).
