ALSATIS completes the acquisition of the telecom operator INEONET

TwinL Investment Banking supports INEONET, telecom operator and IT and Internet hosting center within its own data center, a rare quality infrastructure in Ariège in its backing of the Alsatis Group.

Alsatis accelerates its development by acquiring the company Ineonet (16 employees, turnover 2022: €2 million), based in Verniolle (Ariège), which offers digital services to professionals such as connectivity, outsourcing, hosting and has a datacenter at the foot of the Pyrenees. Its founder, Alexandre Poncini, remains in charge. This acquisition is part of Alsatis’ external growth strategy, encouraged by the arrival in 2020 of Ardian, one of the world leaders in private investment.

The TwinL team managed the entire process, from the approach of more than 110 potential buyers focused on France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, to the final selection of Alsatis which made the best offer for Ineonet, its shareholders, teams and customers.
