Ineonet

Paris, February 16, 2023; Banque d'Affaires TwinL supports INEONET, a telecoms operator and IT and Internet hosting center with its own data center, a rare quality infrastructure in Ariège, as it joins the Alsatis Group. Alsatis is thus accelerating its development by acquiring Ineonet (20 employees, sales 2020: €2.10 million), based in Verniolle (Ariège), which offers digital services to professionals such as connectivity, facilities management and hosting, and has a data center at the foot of the Pyrenees. Its founder, Alexandre Poncini, remains at the helm. This acquisition is part of Alsatis' external growth strategy, encouraged by the arrival of Ardian, one of the world's leading private equity firms, as a shareholder in 2020.

• The TwinL team managed the entire process, from approaching over 110 potential buyers in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, to the final selection of Alsatis, which made the best offer for Ineonet, its shareholders, teams and customers.
