TwinL organizes the sale of the SIGMA MEDITERRANEE group to the VALUE IT group. We were mandated by the shareholders of the Sigma Méditerranée Group (Sigma Méditerranée and Eponia), with sales of €3.6 million, to support them in the search for and negotiation of an alliance with an industrial partner.
