• The Wichard Group, specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of products for the marine and industrial markets, is proud to announce the successful acquisition of AXXON COMPOSITES, the world leader in the manufacture of carbon masts and booms, with over 300 yachts equipped per year, throughout Europe. AXXON is renowned for its innovative technologies and the quality of its masts. AXXON manages the entire process for each mast and boom: design/engineering, production and delivery throughout Europe, which represents a logistical challenge for large yachts. In the space of 10 years, Axxon has taken undisputed industrial leadership in masts and booms for the yachting market, and has also entered the merchant marine market, which is developing sail-based solutions.
