ISAGRI Group acquires OCEANET Advisor to seller: TwinL Legal advisor: JOUANNO-HOUDAN - Samuel Rétif Advisor to buyer: Internal - Nathalie Gouvernet TwinL, advisor to the shareholder-managers of OCEANET (turnover: €2.9 million) for the sale of 100% of their shares to the ISAGRI Group (turnover: €145 million). Mandated by the three founding directors of Microcaz (known under the OCEANET brand), TwinL concluded, in just eight months, the sale to the ISAGRI Group, which will integrate it into its subsidiary HEXANET. This transaction brings together two highly complementary players in the dynamic but highly competitive market for B2B telecom services, IT outsourcing, and web services. According to Laurent GAYET METOIS, founder of OCEANET: "TwinL's presence at our side was essential to building this success.
