PLANET-WORK acquires SERVEURCOM Seller's advisor: TwinL Legal advisor: Christophe BLEZ Buyer's advisor: BG2V - Stanislas RICHOILLEZ TwinL advises PLANET-WORK (turnover: €1.2 million) on its sale to telecom operator SERVEURCOM (turnover: €15 million). Arnaud Gautier comments on his collaboration with the TwinL Investment Banking team: "I had contacted two other investment banks, one smaller and one larger in terms of structure. The choice quickly fell on TWINL because of their experience and reputation in the IT field. Their clear, reassuring, and effective methodology was also a key differentiator. The assignment went perfectly, and I was even surprised by TWINL's understanding of my hosting business and their in-depth analysis of my company's accounting and financial management. The valuation calculated by TWINL at the start of the assignment proved to be accurate, as we reached the top of the announced range. As for the timeline, the investment bank TWINL had announced a sale for the beginning of September 2017, and I must admit that, having finally sold my company on September 22, 2017, it is difficult for me to say that the announced timeline was too ambitious. After putting several potential buyers in competition with each other, my company was finally acquired by a group that I did not know when the Mission was launched. I can therefore say that TWINL gave me complete satisfaction, especially since I now hold a management position within the group in question." TwinL handled the entire sale process for the buyer in less than nine months:

• Identification and approach of targets in France
• Creation of an electronic data room
• Competitive bidding among multiple offers received
• Discussions and negotiation of agreements with the selected partner until closing
