The ISAGRI Group strengthens its position in Telecom & Hosting with the acquisition of Oceanet

Paris, January 21, 2016 – TWINL, specialized in Acquisitions, Alliances, Evaluations, Fundraising, Financial Engineering and Business Transfers, announces a promising merger in the Telecom – Hosting sector with the sale of MICROCAZ (OCEANET brand) to the ISAGRI Group.

Mandated by the three founding directors of Microcaz (known as OCEANET), Twinl has just completed the sale of their company to the ISAGRI Group (CA: €145 million) which will integrate it into its subsidiary HEXANET.

This operation brings together two very complementary players on the dynamic but very competitive market of Telecom Services, Managed services and web services in BtoB.

HEXANET, Telecom operator, provider of hosting infrastructure, telecom links and VOIP services, completes the acquisition of the company MICROCAZ OCEANET, created more than 20 years ago and located in the West of France (Le Mans and Angers) which operates on exactly the same business lines as HEXANET, hence a great synergy.

Through this merger, HEXANET strengthens its position as an infrastructure and services operator offering the convergence of telephony, networks, physical or virtual hosting and data management at the national level and confirms its development and growth strategy by allowing all Customers to benefit from better coverage of the territory, a more comprehensive range of services and even greater technical expertise.
