By conducting the sale of the company PL Maître to the Soprema Group, a large Industrial Group specializing in the building envelope (waterproofing, insulation), Twinl allows this historical company in the Vosges, to continue its development within this powerful international industrial group with more than €2 billion in turnover.
The company PL Maître (turnover: 20 M€), founded in 1957, in Rambervillers in the Vosges is a company of design and manufacture of buildings in metal frame which employs more than 70 people on its production site of 8 ha where it manufactures on average 8000t/ year of elements of metal frame intended mainly for commercial buildings.
Operation
In 2014, driven by the need to succeed in the transfer of the company, the family shareholders entrusted an exclusive sales mandate to Twinl to search in France and Europe for an industrial group capable of ensuring the development of the company and its teams. Twinl executed for the sellers the overall management of the process of this sale: identification and approach of market players in France but also in the closest European countries (Germany, Belgium, UK, Italy..), discussions and negotiation of agreements with the selected partner until the closing of mid-December 2015.
