Apart from companies in difficulty, Chinese companies only invest in 2 sectors in France, textiles and wine. After COFCO and a few others, the Chinese group Bright Food, through its distribution network SSCW, including 60,000 points of sale in the world, will take 70% of the capital of the Bordeaux trading house DIVA BORDEAUX. The company, with a turnover of €33 million in 2011 and 15 employees, will be able to benefit from the power of its new majority shareholder to approach the Chinese market and develop its range and offer.
