After being first bought by Chinese billionaire Mr Quang Wang in 2012, Bellefont-Belcier had passed into the hands of a Cypriot businessman. This castle again becomes the property of a Chinese group with always the ambition to make it upscale. This 13.5 ha estate joins 6 other estates in the Vignobles K group, which generates €5 million in turnover and employs about 30 people.
More than 130 Châteaux of Bordeaux have been acquired by Chinese groups or rich Chinese businessmen for about ten years.
