New acquisition for the buyer of the Tarasconnaise company, Sabart Aéro Tech. Jinjiang group has just taken over SAM technologies, an automotive supplier from Aveyron.
The automotive parts manufacturer SAM Technologies is the largest employer in the region of Decazeville (Aveyron) with 430 jobs strengthened by nearly 150 temporary workers.
The buyer will remove only 50 of 740 positions and will invest 42 million euros in the automotive parts foundries of the former Arche group, in receivership since 2016.
Hanghzhou Jinjiang Group is China’s 268th largest company in terms of turnover. With a strong presence in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and India, the group employs 20,000 people in fields as diverse as aluminum, chemistry and energy.
