KTK, which employs 9,000 people for more than 1.5 billion euros in 2016, took advantage of the bankruptcy of the Italian group Tosoni, owner of SAIRA SEATS to establish itself in France.
By proposing 7 million euros for the takeover of the securities to the Italian court while its two competitors, the French Barat and Compin, proposed between 6 and 6.5 million but also by collecting the adhesion of 94 of the 112 employees of SAIRA SEATS to its industrial project, this Chinese family group will create its bridgehead in Europe.
KTK says it is ready to put on the table about fifteen million euros to make SAIRA SEATS (turnover 2016: €32M) its first industrial and R&D unit in Europe.
