Air Marrel, world no. 4 of the platforms of loading of aircraft holds, in financial difficulty after the default of its Russian buyer Vladimir Zagaynov, was taken over by the Chinese group CIMC-Tienda.
With its 65,000 employees in China and its positions on the airport market (passenger bus), the Chinese group, which is also seeking to establish itself throughout Europe, was preferred to two French companies, one of which is supported by the BPI.
Chinese acquisitions in France have multiplied in recent times, even if most of them still concern French companies in legal proceedings.
