Paris, July 22, 2019 – TwinL, specialized in Business Disposals & Acquisitions and Financial Engineering, announces the restructuring of the capital of the software publisher Résolution Informatique, Historical player & Publisher of a professional management software suite (ERP) for more than 30 years, with the entry of a new partner, Jérôme Matha, in the leading holding company. Sylvain Reclus, the transferor, is moving towards new projects, after having chosen a transmission in continuity.
Specialized in the publishing of integrated management packages for SMEs mainly in the Trading/ Distribution sector with an experienced team of 20 people, Résolution Informatique relies on a solid portfolio of hundreds of loyal customers of all sizes (between 2 and 450 million euros of turnover).
The entry of Jérôme Matha, after 10 years of General Management in the Software industry, notably in the DL Software Group and Cegedim, illustrates the desire to give an even stronger impetus to the dynamics of deployment of its new Série N platform.
With this restructuring, Emmanuel Marcq and Jérôme Matha, co-directors and associates want to give themselves the means to meet the new challenges of their customers, especially on the Cloud, but also to enrich their offer by consolidating other publishers with complementary solutions and who would like to join forces to benefit from the synergies offered by a holding company that they renamed WeSoft for this purpose.
